Sheridan Market is presenting the 2nd introduction to an attorney that can represent property owners along the alignment! Our first meeting  last year, November 9th, 2022 introduced the Kinnon Williams firm, and

This meeting scheduled for Wed  January 17th at 6:30PM will present Steve Vanderhoef of Cairncross & Hempelmann. 

This can also includes renters of property that may be affected! Renters will probably not be approached for loss of any business, so please make sure that you have representation. While CORE and the City are still working to lessen project impacts to residents and our City, the amount of offers going out mean that if someone is not represented, they may lose out on effects to businesses.

We understand that many of you are now receiving offers and may not be represented. It is TIME! These attorneys focus efforts on representing the interests of property owners throughout Washington state in matters related to the following:

• Eminent domain
• Dispute resolution
• Municipal law
• Real estate

These attorneys are currently working with property owners on the 522 project as well as other projects in the Sound Transit Portfolio.
